Introduction

By booking a photography session with SwissPhotoShoot, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or session fee has been received.
 

SwissPhotoShoot reserves the agreed date and time exclusively for the client upon confirmation.

​

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable third-party expenses.
 

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable.
 

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session, the full session fee may be charged.

Rescheduling

One rescheduling request may be accommodated depending on availability and weather conditions.
 

Any additional travel, accommodation, mountain railway, parking, entrance or location-related costs resulting from rescheduling may be charged separately.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor sessions take place in most weather conditions.
 

If weather conditions are considered unsafe or make the session impossible, SwissPhotoShoot may offer an alternative date, location or suitable indoor alternative.

​

Travel & Location Costs

Certain destinations within Switzerland may require additional travel expenses, mountain railway tickets, parking fees, tolls or entrance fees.
 

Any applicable additional costs will be communicated before booking confirmation.
 

Unless otherwise agreed, such costs are not included in the listed session price.

Image Delivery

Professionally edited high-resolution images are delivered via private online gallery within approximately 7–10 days.
 

RAW files and unedited images are not delivered.
 

Express Delivery is available within 48 hours for an additional fee of CHF 100.

Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the copyright of SwissPhotoShoot.
 

Clients receive non-exclusive personal usage rights for private use, printing and social media sharing.
 

Commercial use, publication, advertising or resale requires prior written permission.

Liability

SwissPhotoShoot is not responsible for weather conditions, transportation disruptions, location closures, government restrictions, accidents, illness or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
 

In the unlikely event that SwissPhotoShoot is unable to perform the booked service, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
 

Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
